The meaning of a sentence

Hello, guys! I'm an English learner from China. Here is a problem confusing me.

"It feels like the other side of the pillow outside right now!"

No context. Just this sentence. I need to translate it into Chinese, but first of all I have to understand it, which I don't right now.

I did a Google search, but no exact explain. The closest item is "cooler than the other side of the pillow" I found at urbandictionary.com. I don't know if it is appropriate to put a link here.

Is there any relation in meaning between these two cases? Please give me a clue.
Thank you.

Thank you, @fivejedion. So it means the temperature is very low outside, right?
Many thanks!
