The meaning of a question mark

I’m wondering why a question mark is used in the sentence beginning with ‘Imagine.’ Isn’t it a imperative sentence? Or does the writer put some feeling of question in the question mark, for example “Can you imagine”? Or is this simply a typographical error?

Imagine working in a place that feels like a coffee shop? Comfortable chairs, soft cushions, and soothing music can make for a very productive work environment.
