The meaning learning of" learn how to manifest in a physical space"

Would you please tell me what does this part mean?

" So what we have come here to do is basically to learn how to manifest in a physical space, and therefore, permit ourselves to feel here, think and create."

Thanks in advance ??

The phrase "to manifest in a physical space" is nonsense not readily understandable. The verb "manifest" is normally transitive, and the writer has not used it intransitively properly. It sounds like self-help baloney.
