Overall, the small town has experienced a number of dynamic changes, the most important of which are the expansion in size and the appearance of many buildings and estates over the period given.

In 1962, the Meadowside village was a small border of land which occupied a small portion of the area near the center of the map. It was crossed by a narrow trail which ran from the North to the West and encompassed by uncultivated lands. In 1985, however, the small land of the village was tripled in size, which was in half of its current total acreage. Two large pathways were installed to pass the village - one replaced the old track and one connected it with Fonton. Besides, there were a leisure complex, a residential area, and a superstore erected. The area adjoining the Fonton was reclaimed but remained as greyfields.

Until this year, the village has been widened to the center of the map, connecting with the Fonton. The town center has been constructed with a hotel, a station, and a business park; whilst the vacancy which is adjacent to the Fonton has not been built any facilities yet.
