The maps illustrate how Happy Valley Shopping Center changed from 1982 to 2012.

It is evident from the maps the most significant change in Happy Valley Shopping Center was the construction of a parking lot, an entrance, theme restaurants, and a furniture retail. Another noticeable feather for this is that an old coffee shop and the lake disappeared in 2012.

In 1989, Happy Valley Shopping Center had the lake, which was in the left of the center. A coffee shop was behind of a lobby area, which had an entrance from Western. There were toilets near the entrance of the center in the Southwest. An entertainment area was in the middle of the center, which was in the left of three stores include a sports store in the Northeast, an electronics store in the East, and a furniture store in the Southeast. There was an elevator in the South.

In 2012, the lake was built into a big furniture retail which opposited a new parking lot in the Southwest. The areas of coffee shop and food store were replaced by a sports sotre and an electronics store. All sotes were in the right of the entertainment area which reamined stable were built into theme restaurants, and a food store. While the entrance was built and replaced the old lobby area, no changes were made in the toilets and elevator.
