What is correct (and why?):

- The main problem WITH the current theory of system's function is that it envisions....
- The main problem OF the current theory of system's function is that it envisions....

Both seem to be OK but the first is more appropriate, looks like it ... problem WITH something ... ( a common structure ) ...
