The liability word

It has atleast three different meanings, the "responsibility", the "inconvenience" and the "likelihood". I have a problem with the latter, it seems that Google Translate unable to identify the "liability" as the "likelihood" from russian and vice versa.

So I must know, if I'd say something like - "The liability that it will arive today is quite low" or "The liability of this to happen is big". Would that be right?

A few examples would be great! Emotion: smile
