The letter again, financial arrangment

To those who still have a memory about my dilemma about preparing invite letter for my motherinlaw for her Canadianvisa application: I now insist on writing this letter to the officer. I aslo made changes about the finnancial arrangment as below, which I would like you to help me revise it again. Thanks a lot for your time and energy!

Since my mother-in-law will be staying with us, her accommodation and living expenses will be greatly reduced than usual. Also, since she will be sightseeing with us to several sights of interest around Toronto,, which sites are near our residence, she will not cost much for sightseeing. Considering these, all she needs to financialize her four months visit is $6700 to the most. Here are details: $2000 (for?) round-trip airfare, $1000 for traveler's insurance, $1200 for accommodation and living expenses, $1500 for sightseeing, and perhaps $1000 for souvenir shopping.

I aslo came up with a concise version as below, please choose one of these two versions and make the revision. I would like the revision to be considerable, polite and concise. Thanks a lot.

Yes, Clive, I meant the medical and hospital insurance for a foreigner in Canada. The best name in my mind is traveler's insurance or visitor's insurance. Or maybe I should just say "medical and hospital insurance" to clear the meanings. Or simply "health insurance" is ok, right?

Anyway, I like your suggestion. I will take it. Actually I will make a table for this. the first column holds

Hi,

I'd say 'health insurance'.
