Which are correct:
1) This is the first time I am talking to you.
2) This is the last time I am talking to you.

3) This is the first time I have talked to you.
4) This is the last time I have talked to you.

I just thought maybe there is a difference. I use the progressive tense in each of those cases, because the communication is in progress. But it seems that some people prefer the perfective.
