The last three years have been a bit too action-packed for me

Hi

The following conversation takes place between a man and his psychiatrist. Does it sound natural?

Man -
The last three years have been a bit too action-packed for me. Apart from the physical fatigue, I feel a kind of ‘mental rush’ all the time. I mean, I feel hyper for no reason and am unable to relax.

Doctor -
I think you need a holiday. A long refreshing one.

Thanks,

Tom

It's fine. It's also possible to use 'has' instead of 'have' in the first sentence if you view the last three years as a (singular) period of time.
