Hi,

According to my understanding of the following sentences, I do rephrase them.

[indispensable] : too important or too useful to be without;

She has become quite indispensable to the company.

= She has become quite indispensable to the company to be without her.

A telephone is an indispensable piece of equipment for any office.

= A telephone is an indispensable piece of equipment for any office to be without it.

[dispense with] : to do without or manage to exisit without

We shall have to dispense with the car; we can’t afford it.

= We shall have to dispense us to be with the car; we can’t afford it.

Could any one tell me it is correct or not?

Thank you for your assistance.
