Apparently "jumper" can apply to several kinds of clothing, but what especially comes to my mind is a one-piece 'body suit' worn by infants. The garment opens at the neck and upper chest and is closed or 'done up' at the neck.

So I am guessing that the sentence should be 'The jumper does
