The job suits me.

"The job suits me."

I would like to start this sentence with 'I', making 'the job' the object.
What verb can be used?

I don't think you can reverse the sentence in this way while keeping the same meaning.

Hi,

Perhaps 'I am suited to this job'?

I thought that too but then I decided it isn't the same meaning.

A job might suit me as it only involves working 11am till 2pm, and I have children to look after. It suits me because it is during their school hours.

I might not suit the job though ..have the qualities the job requires.

What do you think? [:^)]

Hi,

I guess that's true.

Better to just stay with the original "The job suits me."

Hi, thank you for your responses.
I'm the one who started this thread.

After I posted my message, I came up with 'I am cut out to do the job.' or
'I am cut out to the job.'

What do you think about these sentences?
Do they mean the same as 'The job suits me.'?

Please see Nona's prior response about how a job may suit you without your being suitable for the job.

I am cut out for this job = I am well suited to do this job.

Don't say "I am cut out to the job" - you are cut out to DO something.
