Although some people insist on believing the harmlessness of the Internet, others are aware of the negative effects from cyberspace. In this essay, I shall explain my point of view by analysing both sides of the argument.

On the one hand, the emergence of Net exercises a great influence on global vary, both individuals and communities. To begin with, the World Wide Web speaks volumes with the touch of the click of mouse. Information is harnessed easier thanks to cutting-edge technology, people could acquire a pool of knowledge and use them for personal purposes such as learning, entertaining and online shopping. Waiting in line at the supermarket vanishes gradually when E-commerce sites have door-to-door service or next day delivery, people shop until they drop. In the quarantine time because of covid, this invention plays a vital role in keeping contact globally and maintaining international economic development. Powerful digital transformations are considered as the best way to save energy, time and money. Email instead of letters, Zoom instead of traditional classroom, using media socials to cure patients gain in popularity because hospitals are not safe zones when overloading covid cases. Therefore, the Internet explains why people could live without the information superhighway in this day and age.

However, there are several plausible reasons to limit the net in all walks of life. It should not allow people to develop long attention spans, many are addicted to the virtual world packed with various amazing websites. Afterward, some cases are unconscious between the real and online games due to surfing the net for long hours continuously. Moreover, the internet is controversial to their health, leading to an array of diseases like short-sightedness, headache, and spondylolisthesis. Remarkably, AI is booming and astounding, predicted to replace people to some extent. It must still be controlled and dominated by people to prevent science fiction theories which cause damage to humans. Therefore, it is clear that cyberspace has negative impacts on health and future life.

In conclusion, despite these minor drawbacks, I firmly believe that the Internet is one of the most successful inventions in the whole world. Using it effective way is necessary, it will become the best assistant of human.
