the Internal Structure of the Word “disagreeable”?

I get a puzzle about the Internal Structure of the Word “disagreeable”.That is , "disagreeable "has three morphemes, dis-, agree and -able. So, how can they combine to the word "disagreeable"?

Dis + agree + able = disagreeable. No puzzle-- there are no restraints on priority. All four words exist simultaneously: agree, disagree, agreeable and disagreeable.

agree+able=agreeable ?dis=disagreeable ... because disagreeable doesn't mean able to disagree; it means not agreeable.
