Overall, it is clearly seen that there are 10 stages in the process of manufacturing chocolate. Begining with the growing of ripe red pods on caocao tree and ending with the production of chocolate
At the initial stage of the process, ripe red pods on cacao tree are growing in different nations namely South America, Africa and Indonesia. After that, the pods are harvested and the white coca beans are taken out. Then beans are fermented and layed out on the stray to dry by the sun.
In the following stage, beans are then put in large sacks to delivery by lorry to a factory. After wards, bean are roasted at a temperature of 350 degrees. Following this activity , the beans are crushed and removed from their outer shell. The final stage shows that the inner part is pressed and chocolate is made.
