The idiom "naff off"

Hi

Do Americans use the idiom "naff off" in their spoken English? Also, how common is it among the British?

Thanks,

Tom

Yes, Barbara -- all my dictionaries say it's typically British. And the movie I heard it in was also British.

Thanks for the input,

Yes, it is heard sometimes in Britain, but not in the US. It is slang, and considered rude and vulgar. It means "Go away!"
