"The house of her"

Hi, there!

I have some questions, please:

Is it correct to write and say: "The house of her has a nice garden" or do we always have to say: "Her house has a nice garden" ?

Is there any mistake in the following sentence?

- It doesn't mind how you will celebrate New Year's Day. The most important is that you be happy! (concerning New Year's Day, is it wrong if we use the verb "to commemorate" instead of "to celebrate"?)

Why do I have to write the word "Day" with capital letter ? E.g.: New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day; Labor Day...?

Could you please, help me rewrite (reorganize) this sentence?

- Teera always celebrate New Year's Day with her friends, foods, good drink and music.

Many thanks,
Catherine
