0When is it? And what will the next year be? I only know about the years from what I read on the placemats at the Chinese restaurants, so I don't really know what it means to be "The year of the horse" or "The year of the rat."02br

0 Actually, Vietnamese's New Year is as the same as Chinese's. We have 12 animals and it rotates a circle (each year corresponds to each animal according to the following sequence): 1. mouse, 2. buffalo, 3. tiger, 4. cat, 5. dragon, 6. snake, 7. horse, 8. goat, 9. monkey, 10. chicken, 11. dog, 12. pig .This year is a pig's year.
