Please check and give me feedback on my writing. Thank you in advance.

The line graph illustrates the proportion of exports from Australia to Japan, the US, China, and India over a period of 22 years, starting from 1990.
Overall, the quantity of Australian exports to China and the US was on the increase with China receiving the highest percentage among the 4 countries. The opposite pattern can be seen in both Japan and India.
It is obvious that China witnessed the fastest and the steadiest growth in the amount of goods exported from Australia. Starting at nearly 3% in 1990, the amount of Australian products that China imported moderately go up to 5% after 10 years. The figures were then followed by an enormous climb and finally reached the highest point at about 28% in 2012. In 1990, the US was the second country that had large Australian imports, at more than 10%. However, from 1995 to 2012, there was a constant fluctuation in the figure mentioned.
In 1990, the proportion of exports from Australia to Japan was at its peak, at about 26%. However, India experienced an opposite start as the country that imported the least Australian products. The figure of India remained unchanged, at only about 1% over a period of 10 years before undergoing a considerable rise and then dropped to 5% in 2012. Meanwhile, there was a plummet in the amount of Australian exports to Japan of more than 5% in 1995. After that, the percentage stayed almost the same till 2012.
