Overall, during the period, while a person in a European country favors chicken, the fish was least popular.
According to the line about the person consuming the beef and lamb, their figures data which decrease significantly, have the same trend. Firstly, the beef data began at 225 grams and started falling to 175 grams in 1981. Then, this figure increased substantially by 65 grams before reducing dramatically to 115 grams. Similarly, the lamb data was at 150 grams and it dropped to 125 grams in 1981. However, this data was considerably volatile before ending at 60 grams.
Finally, when the consumption of chicken had a sharp growth, that of fish had stability. It is shown that the chicken was 140 grams in 1979 then reached a peak at 250 grams in 2004. By contrast, the fish consumption tended to be stable and fluctuates only between 5 and 10 grams
