The graph below shows the changes in food consumption by Chinese people between 1985 and 2010.

The line graph indicates in the change of fish, salt and meat eaten by people in China from 1985 to 2010.

Overall, the consumption of fish and meat increased, while the consumption of the salt declined during the period shown. From the given chart we can see Chinese use more fish than either meat or salt.

In 1985, fish and salt were consumed weakly around 600 grams and 490 grams respectively, while the consumption of meat approximately 100 grams. Over the following 5 years, the amount of salt consumed fell minimally to about 430 grams per person per weak, while the figure for fish and meat climbed slowly some 700 grams and 140 grams respectively.

Between 1990 and 2010, the consumption of fish grew considerably to about 850 grams per person per week and the amount of meat also gradually grew and reached at 200 grams. By contrast, the figure for salt dropped significantly to only 200 grams.
