The graph below shows the average number of Vietnamese students studying in France, Russia and America between 2000 and 2015.

The graph shows the percentage of adults without a job from 2000 to the present day

Overall, it can be seen that the percentage of unemployment for college graduates and high-school leavers increased. Also, the proportion of unemployment for college graduates decreased from 2009 to the present day while the opposite was true for that high-school leavers.

In 2000, the percentage of unemployment for high-school leavers was three times as much as that for college graduates, with approximately 1 percent and 3 percent respectively. Over the following 8 years, the percentage of college graduates has no work witnessed growth to about 3,5 percent Likewise, the percentage of high school has no work was matched by a similar trend and reached 2,2 percent.

From 2008 to 2009, the unemployment rate of university graduates has a higher growth rate than that of high school graduates. The next year, experienced a sharp rise to 10 percent in the number of people who the rate of high-school graduates who have no work. Meanwhile, the proportion of unemployed high-school leavers bucked the trend, falling to just 4 percent
