Arcording to the data, both English and French language had a similar percentage at the beginning of the period.
Between 2001 and 2003, English language teachers plummeted from just over 70% to 40%. After this, there was an slightly increase of around 5% over the next two years. The number of people took a plunge to 29% at the last time.
In 2001, the percentage of teachers who taught French language peaked at over 70% and one year later, this was followed by a sudden rise to nearly 70%. In term of 2003, the figure slightly increased and then remained fairly stable at around 70% for three years(2003-2006) before reaching a peak at 75% in last year.
Overall, it can be seen that French language teachers were always fluctuating and gained some popularity. The figure fell considerably for English language teachers.
