The line graphs illustrates the amount of gases in UK , from transport ,electricity , other industries and domestic sector from 1990 to 2007.
Overall, the period from 1991 to 2007 witnessed a general decrease in the emission of acid rain in UK . In addition ,other industries produced gases the most in almost time surveyed.
In 1991, 3.3 million tones of acid rain emission came from the electricity sector .The figures for other industries were lower , at about 2.1 million tones. Meanwhile , there was a fair similarity between the amount of gas coming from electricity and domestic sector at 0.6 million tone of the former and around 0.7 million tone of the latter.In 2003,around 1 million tone of acid rain emission was produced by both of transport and electricity sectors.while the figure for other industries and domestic were at about 1.4 million and 0.3 million tone respectively.
The next 4 year other industries became the most gas-produced sector,at 1.2 million tone.In contrast the figure for electricity sector fall by 2.3 million tones ,dropping to the lowest point of its own during the 1991-2007 period.On the other hand, the amount of emissions from transport sector still remained , at exactly 0.5 million tone.And Domestic sector was responsible for 0,2 million tone of gases
