the good ol' ran run debate

The pass was intercepted and run back for a touchdown OR The pass was intercepted and ran back for a touchdown?

I say it's ran. Am I wrong?

Consider it as separate sentences. The pass was intercepted. The pass was run back for a touchdown. If you use 'run' in a single sentence, then you still use 'run' when you join the sentences.
