The good guys

Hi all,

this is my first post.
I need some assistance in getting this slogan to work...

'we're the good guys'

is it possible to call those good guys the 'good ones' too? -->

'we're the good ones'

Many thanks in advance!
Regards
Martin

I believe that 'We're the good guys' has already been used - or overused. You can also use 'We're the good ones', but 'ones' does not mean 'guys'. You could be the good tomatoes or the good badminton players, depending on context.

I think my question has been answered by the badminton player example.
So 'good ones' can refer to objects and people as well.

As I want to use that slogan for a company without giving any further clue on what the good ones stands for do you think customers will link the good ones to the company / products / staff?

Hi,

I just have created an account.

thanks for the quick response!

As this slogan is intended for a company without any further reference to what the good ones stands for do you think that customers visiting the company's website will be able to link it to the company / products / staff?

Many thanks!
