The given map illustrates the development at the waterfront section of a city before and after a project. The overall purpose is to transform the waterfront area from an industrial area into a residential and recreational area.

As can be seen that before the project there were Container ship piers in the northwest of the map. After that it was changed into a T-shaped Pleasure boat marina. Furthermore, in the South-west of the map, there were three Warehouses. It was demolished to make way for a Hotel. In the top-right hand, the Ferry terminal remained unchanged after the development project.

In the south-eastern coast of the city, a new Office tower was built during the development project. After development, a new apartment building was located on the right-hand side of the map. However, it was built on the original site of two factories. In addition, there have been more parks that are situated in the west and northeast of the map.
