The garden

-It contains Yankee Stadium, the New York Botanical Garden and the Bronx Zoo.

1. Is THE optional or does it depend on idiom simply, though both containing GARDEN?

==

2. So if I create a place called Learning Garden near/inside a library/restaurant etc, do I need THE? Or can I use THE as I like?

Thank you.
