The frail, old lady took care of the household ...

Hi

Is this natural English? Any suggestions please?

The frail, old lady took care of the household and the four children, but also made fabulous paintings and sold them for a very good amount of money. Her wrinkled hands created magic with the colors.

Thanks,

Tom
