The fixed cycle is checked.

The fixed cycle is checked.

Would it be used by native speakers?

Thanks in advance.

It might be if we knew exactly what you meant by 'fixed cycle' and 'checked'. Can you give us a little more context?

Someone asked me about the meaning of the sentence. I'm not sure about the situation in which it is used.

But would it be possibly used by native speakers?

I suppose it could be talking about checking the repairs made to a bicycle?

I also guessed so. But it's vague.

How about this?
The fixed bike has already been checked.

It is grammatically well formed, but it does not feel much like something that someone would actually say. One would probably say it another way, e.g. "The repairs on the bike have already been checked", or just "The bike has been fixed" if that is all one meant.
