The first question versus the question number one ??

Hello,

Could you check out the follwoing sentences? Thank you

There are 11 questions on the page.

The question number one/two/three/four..../eleven.

Can I say that the first/second/ third/ fourth/ fifth....eleventh question?

Which one is more suitable for class teaching?

I think they're both fine but you can omit the article in the first sentence. (question number 1 or question #1).
