the first meal that day

Regarding the four sentences below:

(A) The pizza my sister brought me in the evening was the first meal I had that day.

(B) The pizza my sister brought me in the evening was the first meal for me that day.

(C) The pizza my sister brought me in the evening was the first meal that day.

(D) The pizza my sister brought me in the evening was my first meal that day.

I'm fairly certain that there's no problem with (A), but how about the other three sentences? Do they mean pretty much the same as (A)?

They all work, although (C) is a little less clear than the others as it does not specify that it was your first meal of the day.
