the finals

Before the finals began, I thought the Heat would have more chance to win the championship because they had two all-stars and a very experienced coach; on the other hand, the Maverick only had a all-star and a young coach. Perhaps, I overlooked some arsenal players such as Jason Terry.

Are they OK?

Mavericks, plural.

According to my basketball-loving husband, an arsenal player is one who has a variety of shots available.

I think ONE all-star to ephasize the singularity, versus AN which simply says there is one.

And holy cow, I just saw a three-pointer by Dallas and they are looking good tonight. They'll go seven games, I bet.
