There seem to be some words in the blanks unlike the original script. I guess (2) is that, but I have no idea what (1) is. Is it really a meaningful word in (1)?

eipjooI guess (2) is that, but I have no idea what (1) is. Is it there really a meaningful word in (1)?
Yes. (2) is "that". (1) sounds like "well", but it sounds cut off from whatever the speaker was saying previously, so it may belong to the end of the previous sentence not included in the recorded clip. It
