Is this sentence correct with or without 'the fact'?
She loves [the fact] that people love movies that she loves.

Anonymous She loves the fact that people love (the (same) ) movies that she loves. As above. I think "the same" makes the thought clearer.

As above. I think "the same" makes the thought clearer. Use "the fact". Some people do leave it out, however.
