the expression 'with the face in the mirror'

How are you, teachers Emotion: smile

I have a question about an expression I excountered while I was reading a passage.

The sentence is as follows :

'It sets you up for having a good reputation with the face in the mirror.'

I couldn't and still can't figure out what the expression 'with the face in the mirror' means. I guess it must mean something other than what it shows on surface.

So I'd like to ask question about it. Could you please explain what the expression implies? What nuance it gives to the sentence?

Thank you in advance for your kindness. :>
