Hi every body,

After World War II China government took serious steps to recover their economic. Presently, the global market cannot deny a place for this “Asian Dragon”, because China is growing at enormous pace to the extent of being capable in emerging as global market leaders. The emergence of China as an economic power has had a significant impact on the growth of trade in developing Asian region, and also globally. The great integration of China into the world economy has many factors. The main factor is the large size of China with a population of about 1.3 billion and a workforce of about 700 million. A second factor is the huge amount of foreign direct investments that flows into China each year. A further contribution factor is the good relationship between China and world countries and especially with Gulf countries. An additional factor is the good prize and the acceptable quality of China products. Another factor is the big attention that China is giving it to the technology and electronic fields, which is cover the demands of many countries. For example, TV, radio mobile phones, etc.

The problem is of being China the strongest competitors in world market and the perfect dominant on world trade and manufacture. We consider the emergence of China as an economic power a serious problem for many reasons. Firstly, China produces mostly all types of products such as cloths, perfumes, electronics, construction equipment and materials, which affect the trade of countries that produce the same business production line. Secondly, China imitate the famous commercial brands such as Chanel and Christina Dior, and sale it with lower prices, which substantially influence these commercial brand because people will turn to China’s products for cheaper price. Moreover, the durability of China products are limited and short because of using cheap raw materials and these type of product endamage consumers. In addition, China might be collapsed one day under war or natural disasters. As a result, the world market will be greatly influenced.

Trade ties between China and United Arab Emirates is strong and U.A.E has welcomed China’s move to discuss a free trade agreement (FTA) with GCC countries.
China has become the greater exporter form the South East Asian region to the U.A.E. Indeed, the emergence of China as an economic power influences business and impact U.AE trade. U.A.E is one of the main and largest market for China products and this cause many problems in U.A.E. One of them is the strong completion between China products and local products, which influences the price of national products like ceramic because people tend to buy the cheapest price when the level of quality of products is similar. Another problem is the perfect ability of China to imitation designs of the famous commercial brands and manufacturer it. Consequently, this imitation give U.A.E business companies the chance to cheat consumers and sale China’s products as it is an original commercial brand products with high prices, so the consumer fill easily in these type of tricks and cheating, and the companies collect the money with high revenues.

As mangers in a U.A.E business, the emergence of China as an economic power might be effect our decision making in setting the pricing strategy and market target, developing methods of our products (quality and packaging), choosing suitable suppliers and making promotion.
