(The) Drug Addiction Treatment?

Hi. I wonder, why we can say the treatment of drug addiction or simply the treatment, but cannot say the drug addiction treatment? Or we can? At least, the latter expression is commonly used with the zero article. The question, of course, is not limited to drug addiction; this is just an example. Thanks.
