The Dream of the Blue Turtle

I have now been wondering about this song title, by Sting, for some time Emotion: smile

My question is: Is it the blue turtles dream? Or is somebody dreaming of a blue turtle?

Actually I think it is also the name of the album and not just the song.....

Can it be both? Or is there some english language rule regarding the ownership of 'things'?

I would ex. refer to the center of London not Londons entrum, Is that correct or not? And how does it relate to the turtle and it's dream?

The only rule concerning ownership of inanimate things is that you don't use the possessive 's: You talk about a dog's collar or a cat's cradle, but NOT about a door's handle or a tree's leaves. You can refer to

the leaves of a tree OR the tree leaves

the handle of the door OR the door handle

So, I think the only person who could explain whether we have someone
