Hello, teachers!

Are these sentences all acceptable? If so, who is the doer of 'wearing' in each sentence?

1. Lisa was talking with a girl wearing blue jacket.
2. Lisa was talking with a girl, wearing blue jacket.
3. Lisa was talking with Jane wearing blue jacket.
4. Lisa was talking with Jane, wearing blue jacket.

They all need the indefinite article, 'a blue jacket', Ms. Jandi. Having said that--
