Your oringinal sentence is not correct. Look at the following:

Can anyone explain the following with some examples as well as describing different situations?

Let us say you went to France for a holiday and you were not satisfied with the food you had there.

You could say the following:

It was ironic that they served me some substandard food while in France.

Cynical has to do with the integrity.

In a war, one party knows the other party is superior. However, they don't want to eat the humble pie.

So you could talk about cynical views of the opponents.

The word satire is a noun whereas satirical is the adjective.

If you know a clever politician, you will write about his/her good aspects.

But you want to write some funny aspect of the politician.

Then your views are satirical of him/her.

Sarcastic comes from the noun sarcasm.

If you have some biting of remarks about me, I would say it was some sarcastic remarks about my character.
