The different usage of HAS and IS

Dear EnglishForward,

So my Internet down yesterday, and today I got it fixed. Should I say
* My Internet has back
or
* My Internet is back

And how do you differentiate the usage of HAS and IS?

My Internet is back. 'Is' normally indicates condition/situation. 'Has' normally indicates possession.

So, say if you're going to use HAS as the word in the sentence, how should I write it?
*My Internet has come back
or
*My Internet has came back?

I'm quite confuse with the IS/HAS things... Thanks again.

Using 'have' as an auxiliary verb, 'has come back'.
