The differences between "Of" vs "From"

Can someone explain me this please ? I'm always wondering what to use "Of" or "From"

For example:

She got pregnant from him or She go pregnant of him ?

Get out of there or Get out from there ?

Explain everything about these two prepositions. Thanks!

The use of prepositions in English is largely idiomatic and not governed by hard-and-fast rules.

She got pregnant by him.

Get out of there.
