The difference of 'do' and 'can'

HI,

I know the difference of the following sentences.
Can you speak English.
Do you speak English.

But, I saw the following sentences, and can't see the difference.
Can you see that tree over there?
Do you see that tree over there?

Do you say the both form?
If yes, what is the difference?

Thanks in advance.
