THE DIFFERENCE B/W

I was so happy when I saw the link "ask a question and we'll answer to your question". And I am pretty sure you will answer to MY QUESTION asap.
Please let me know the difference b/w these two sentences "LET ME KNOW" N "TELL ME"
Do these sentence have the same meaning? if not please explain it to me.
