The difference btw "while I was working there & while I work there"

yeah...What is the difference btw two?

The first uses the past progressive tense, and describes a continuing action in the past:

'While I was working there, I slept with the boss's wife.'

The working was continuous. The sleeping with the boss's wife was one or more completed actions.

The second uses a simple present tense, and describes a present action:

'While I work there
