A: How much do you predict Jones will make with his promotion to vice-president next year?
B: That will / would be $110K. I saw the new salary schedule.


2.

A: There's only one card left.
B: Well, I've only seen three queens, so that will / would be the Queen of Diamonds.


3.

A: Which millionaire did max marry?
B: That will / would be Ethel Rothschild.
