The difference between sland and idiom?

Hi.
I've just run into an expression whose identity is vague for me! Idiom or slang?

It's stuff it.

What you've done here we call "jumping to conclusions". Just because two sources give you a different description of the same thing, it doesn't mean that one of them is lying. ("lying" is a very strong word, by the way
