The difference between sent and and have sent

I AM HAVING TROUBLE UNDERSTANDING THE GRAMMATICAL DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THESE TWO PHRASES:

I SENT 10 EMAILS THIS MORNING.

I'VE SENT 10 EMAILS THIS MORNING.

AND:

I DIDN'T MEET HIM.

I HAVEN'T MET HIM.

It means; it was done at least 3 hours ago and now you are talking about it. 2-I've sent 10 emails SINCE morning. since morning.

First you should revise your sentences in this way:
1-I sent 10 emails this morning.It means; it was done at least 3 hours ago and now you are talking about it.

2-I've sent 10 emails SINCE morning. it means the emails have been sent one after the other until now and after the last one,you say"I've sent 10.............since morning.
